Responsibilities:

  • Lead cabling teams to complete various cabling projects across the Cincinnati region
  • Create estimates and assist with budgeting the cable infrastructure projects
  • Identify opportunities with the Sales team
  • Constant review of job reports to track labor, material, and overall job progress and status
  • Provide regular reports to upper management, including the Director of Cabling and Operations Project Manager
  • Build long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations of offering innovative solutions
  • The position requires a mixture of office and fieldwork

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead small teams for projects
  • Cabling and wiring experience (Required)
  • No criminal record (Required)
  • Reliable Transportation and driver's license (Required)
  • High school degree or equivalent (Required)
  • Preferred skill areas:
  • Punch down
  • Terminating
  • CCTV Security
  • Autio/Video
  • Wireless
  • Strong ability to focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent scheduling and time management skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Willing to learn, guide, and teach other technicians
  • Be enthusiastic and interact with people

  • $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
