Every Engineer, Security Analyst, and Instructional Coach on our team is focused on one market, with more than a third of our staff coming from district technology and teaching roles. Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team for a 1-to-2-month contract to refine our web presence, drive targeted digital advertising, and keep our social channels actively engaged.

Scope of Work:

  • Fix technical and content issues on our website
  • Update web copy to align with our new brand messaging while applying on-page and technical SEO/AEO best practices
    Launch high-impact ad campaigns (Google Ads)
  • Configure proper tracking and reporting dashboards in Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules, create visual assets, and manage community engagement across social channels (via Hootsuite).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Edtech industry.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, SEO/AEO, and social media management
  • Applicants with experience in Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot), Hootsuite, Canva and Google Ads will be given priority consideration.

Contract Terms & Compensation:

  • Location: Cincinnati, OH. Hybrid role preferred; Remote applicants accepted.
  • Job Type: Temporary / Independent Contractor (September-October, possible extension into November).
  • Duration: 1 Month Minimum (with potential extension to 2 months)
  • Hours: Approximately 20-40 hours/ week (Flexible schedule based on project needs)
  • Hourly Rate: Competitive / Commensurate with Experience
  • Effective start date: Immediately
  • End date: 30-60 days from start date
