Responsibilities:As the Marketing Co-op, your main duties will include:
  • Assisting in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns for our various products and solutions
  • Creating emails for various email campaigns within Salesforce
  • Assisting in planning, developing, and executing promotional events and conferences
  • Developing, editing and posting blog posts in WordPress
  • Creating and updating contact lists for Marketing campaigns within Google Sheets and Salesforce
  • Assisting in designing engaging social media assets (including short-form content) using Canva to drive engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Editing sales and marketing presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Researching industry trends and applying them to current campaigns/initiatives/processes
  • Contributing ideas during weekly marketing meetings
At Forward Edge, our Co-ops are integral team members who own projects from day one. You'll help shape how K-12 schools use technology to change students' lives. If you are interested in more than 1 rotation, please let us know in your interview. We prefer co-ops that can stay on staff for longer than 1 semester and will work with your schedule accordingly if that is your plan.We are looking for candidates that are highly-motivated, hard-working, and able to collaborate with people in different locations and various departments within Forward Edge. This candidate must be a 2nd-year student or older with the following qualifications:
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly
  • Able to work independently and possess strong time management skills
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborate with various departments and leadership
